The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer engagement, activations, and sales management, particularly in the B2B2C space. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies for assigned military communities
- Lead and direct-to-consumer activities, promoting positive perception of smoke-free products
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director to design commercial strategies and ensure superior consumer experiences
- Establish and manage military channels footprint, focusing on revenue and cost management
- Manage field teams, coordinate deployment plans, and track results
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Background in consumer experience engagement and activations with new products/categories
- Experience with third-party vendor management, project management, and event management
- Key account chain management and field sales management ideally on U.S. military bases
- Proficiency in MS systems, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Solid storytelling and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and travel 40% each month
