Your ‘day To Day’
The Senior Manager of Shopper Insights will be responsible for being a subject matter expert and leading the development and execution of strategies for retailer accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker who is curious and passionate about landing clear, actionable insights into commercial action. High level of collaboration is needed since role will work horizontally within the organization and will be expected to think in ways that accelerate the business.

- Establish and lead work streams to support growth strategies across our categories.
- Identify and nurture emerging trends, technologies, and insights to create competitive advantages, and critically, apply them to business questions.
- Develop and implement strategies to cultivate a culture of innovative thinking within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, Consumer Insights and Advanced Analytics to bring innovative retail strategies to life.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner and ensuring business application.
- REQUIRED – Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- REQUIRED – Commutable distance to Stamford, CT or Richmond, VA.
- 8 years of experience in insights, retail, research, and trends and experience managing and developing a team.
- Experience in querying and providing actionable insights from third-party data (a must); and designing, executing, and delivering primary research (a nice to have).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics or similar fields.
- Ability to think strategically and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
