Your day-to-day :
- Organize, plan, administer, and arrange training, educational courses, and events, both internal and external (OEM), to develop adequate Manufacturing Process skills and knowledge for all affiliate Personnel.
- Guarantee Training material document management. Assure compliance of Competence & Training Management process to QMS standards.
- Ensure accurate manufacturing manned capacity scale-up plans are in place. Comply with all PMI and legal standards, policies, and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset, or societal loss.
- Act and promote an interdependent and transparent safety culture fostering the utilization of preventive / predictive approach in line with Open / IOS
- Act as a representative for Manufacturing for Training and competence management to ensure the readiness and compliance of our standards to meet Quality and regulatory requirements. Participate to the creation / review of procedures, work instructions and others QMS Documents that are required. Provide support and training by ensuring a transfer of knowledge according to the training management system.
- Archive records of training, including course content, the training, the number of trainees, results, and feedback according to QMS.
- Planned and organized functional internal and external training programs for all operations personnel.
- Develop and maintain updated training plans for all Operational personnel based on the identified business needs, priorities, QMS requirements, technical expertise, employee skills and competencies, and employee job roles.
- Contact the trainer and line managers to determine the location, time, facilities, and training.
- Organize the training : review the list of participants, distribute materials and training, monitor trainees in training, collect satisfaction questionnaires, etc. Establish Key Performance Indicators to track the evolution of the training process and ensure adherence to the QMS.
- Coordinates external training (logistic needs, suppliers contacts, training documents, satisfaction questionnaire).
- Keep updated visual training KPIs and Operations Training dashboard to ensure proper training effectiveness and efficiency analysis and propose improvement actions.
- Ensure that training materials are updated in all production areas : contact trainers / department referents to build up a schedule for training materials; collect and manage training materials; distribute and manage training materials as regulation of procedures to control documents; and backup and check training materials periodically.
- Keep updated training skills matrix for all production personnel.
- Contribute to projects for the improvement of the electronic learning management system.
- Prepare a timely and accurate Manufacturing scale-up plan to ensure the availability of manned capacity in accordance with volume requirements.
- Take responsibility for the completion of own training plan and comply with the requirements established in the Qualification Matrix.
