Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive information about our diverse range of insurance products and services.
- Assist customers through the policy application and renewal processes.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure timely responses to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
- Proactively sell insurance products through phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person consultations.
- Engage in local travel to connect with potential prospects and referral centers (company car provided).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Must be licensed in or have the ability to obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance licenses.
- A clean driving history for the past 5 years.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Trainee/Unlicensed Team Member: $15 per hour, 37.5 hours per week (must obtain P&C license within 30 days and L&H license within 60 days).
- Property & Casualty Licensed: $20 per hour, 37.5 hours per week, plus bonuses.
- Both Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licensed: $25 per hour, 37.5 hours per week, plus bonuses.
Salary : $15 - $25
