Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Keyholder at PHILIPP PLEIN located in Miami, Florida. The Keyholder will be responsible for managing daily store operations, overseeing retail sales, providing exceptional customer service and experiences, and ensuring product knowledge across the brand's offerings.
Qualifications
- Product Knowledge, Retail Sales, and Customer Service skills
- Communication and Customer Experience skills
- Experience in a retail or customer-facing role
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in luxury retail is a plus
