This is a full-time on-site Keyholder role located in Aventura, FL at PHILIPP PLEIN. The Keyholder will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to product knowledge, communication, retail sales, customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience within the store.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of PHILIPP PLEIN products
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Retail Sales: Experience in driving sales and meeting targets
- Customer Service: Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Customer Experience: Enhancing the overall customer experience in-store
- Previous retail experience in luxury fashion is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
