We are seeking a positive, detail-oriented individual to join our team that is responsible for processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and enhancing customer satisfaction as a face of Philips Sleep & Respiratory Care.
Your Role
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office role.

The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is $17.75-$27.69/hr.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

We are seeking a positive, detail-oriented individual to join our team that is responsible for processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and enhancing customer satisfaction as a face of Philips Sleep & Respiratory Care.
Your Role
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries, complaints and order requests via telephone calls, Live Agent Chat, Esker and email/fax correspondence; facilitate problem resolution; provide information on our products and services; and demonstrate our commitment to customer service by following up on calls and ensuring superior results.
- Respond to customer requests and questions regarding service, products and account information. Analyze and rectify customer concerns using established procedures.
- Display a commitment to quality by following required procedures and practices; take all appropriate measures to ensure quality; search for opportunities for continuous improvement.
- A commitment to building relationships with customers to identify and meet/exceed their current needs; and anticipating their future needs. Moreover, commitment as a team player within the Order Management team; matching the workload and quality of work being completed as a team and independently, with minimal supervision.
- You’ve acquired 1 year of experience in a Customer Service environment, or related. Direct customer service experience within a Business-to-Business capacity, preferred.
- Your skills include:
- The ability to solve non-routine product, pricing and shipping issues as they relate to current products and customers highly desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- SAP experience (desired)
- The ability to communicate effectively in a highly competitive environment by conveying information in a business-like format, sharing information in an articulate manner and clarifying information to ensure understanding.
- The ability to multitask and operate in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
- You have a high school diploma, with Associate’s degree in a relevant field, preferred.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You are a demonstrated self-starter with a positive, customer-centered mentality to represent yourself, the Sleep & Respiratory Care team, and Philips the highest standards of integrity and service.
