Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $87,000 to $139,200
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Your Role
- Manage and coordinate the product globalization process, ensuring successful integration into strategic markets. Collaborating with our international team and engineers to drive growth in the market.
- Lead EUMDR phase in/phase out activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Oversee product configuration management to maintain product integrity and compliance.
- Enable the product globalization plan for new products entering the market. Partnering with NPI teams to understand the globalization plan and executing on that strategy.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables. Build and nurture a strong, collaborative team environment.
- You’ve acquired 3 years of experience in the medical device industry with a focus on project management, operations and market sustainability.
- Your skills include analytical, problem-solving, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You’re an excellent communicator both written and verbal and enjoy relationship building.
