Senior Quality Lead, Non-Conformance (Colorado Springs, CO, Murrysville, PA, Plymouth, MN, or San Diego, CA)

The Senior Quality Lead- Non-Conformance promotes and implements organizational policies & standards to ensure product quality through design transfer, manufacturing and distribution, in compliance with regulatory requirements and Philips’ Business Systems / Procedures.

Your role :

• Acts as Business Process Owner (BPO) for non-conformance, and Drive non-conformance reduction and process validation maturity in close cooperation with the Quality leads in Integrated Supply Chain.
• Implement and provide oversight of consistent global Quality and Regulatory requirements related to elements supporting the overall operations and process controls.
• Ensures that appropriate standards and processes are in place for new product introduction, as well as for ongoing manufacturing that include all stages of the manufacture of the product / system.
• Oversees the Quality Assurance activities in the processes related to the manufacturing of materials, components, sub-assemblies, and completed products and their supply chain, including compliance to regulatory requirements and / or procedures for regulated products / businesses.
• Have an impact on processes such as the introduction / validation of new / changed manufacturing processes and their associated Quality systems, the trend analysis and monitoring of manufacturing processes and their environment, the remediation to non-conformances, and the development and improvement of Quality systems.
• You serve as best practice / quality resource within your own discipline or as technical expert on functional or cross-functional teams / projects. You also act on a global scale across all Philips businesses and factories.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Colorado Springs, CO and Murrysville, PA is $104,300 to $178,800.

The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $109,515 to $187,740.

The pay range for this position in San Diego, CA is $116,816 to $200,256.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
