Biomedical Area Service Manager South Zone

Manage the biomedical resources and service, financial operational and customer service delivery.

Your role :

• Accountable for the full range of service delivery activity to the Customer in concert with Service Delivery peers whose direct reports will have dotted line reporting accountability.
• Develop, coach and lead direct reports and people managers.
• Directly engages with other modality leads to ensure communication processes are built and executed and service escalations are managed and communicated in a timely fashion.
• Responsible for quality service performance across all modalities at IDN. Acts as primary point of contact to the assigned IDN for all Philips service delivery activities. Own and manage a rolling list of issues and initiatives across all service modalities at the IDN, and are accountable for ensuring that the issues are communicated and resolved.

Travel up to 50% within and infrequently outside of zone. Occasional overnight stays and travel by car, air, or train may be required.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in AL, FL, GA, NC and TX is $112,500.00 to $180,000.00.

The pay range for this position in AR, LA, MS, SC and TN is $106,875.00 to $171,000.00.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive plan, field service incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Salary : $106,875 - $171,000
