As a Business Continuity Analyst, you will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise-wide Business Continuity program. Your role is crucial in enhancing organizational resilience through robust planning, testing, and continuous improvement, including:

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA is $95,000 to $150,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Your Role
As a Business Continuity Analyst, you will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise-wide Business Continuity program. Your role is crucial in enhancing organizational resilience through robust planning, testing, and continuous improvement, including:
- Maintaining the Business Continuity Management System
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., BCI®, ISO® 22301)
- Supporting training, awareness campaigns, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Conducting risk assessments and implement continuity across locations (up to 20% travel required)

Business Continuity Planning
- Assist in the development and testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Conduct business impact analysis to identify critical functions and dependencies.
- Evaluate potential risks and vulnerabilities that could impact business operations.
- Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Coordinate and facilitate testing and exercising on business continuity policies and procedures.
- Organize and conduct awareness programs to ensure all employees understand their roles in maintaining continuity.
- Support recovery efforts to minimize downtime and ensure the quick restoration of critical business functions.
- Ensure continuity plans comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal audits and external regulatory reviews.
- You have 2 years’ experience in continuity, risk management or information technology.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Risk Management, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Understanding business continuity and disaster recovery principles and experience with BCI® and ISO® compliance, Incident Management, and knowledge of business continuity frameworks.
- You have strong analytical, problem solving, organizational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with business continuity software such as Everbridge, Fusion Framework System, RSA Archer, or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Currently hold an industry BC Certification (e.g., CBCP, MBCP, CBCI, MBCI or equivalent)
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
