Job Description
Are you interested in an Internship opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) and / or graduate (MS) degree to participate in 6 month paid intern opportunities at our site in Murrysville. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company.
Your role :
You're the right fit if :
- Completed a minimum of 2 years of an Engineering degree program (Industrial and Mechanical preferred other considered)
- Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles not required but preferred
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Visio Experience a plus.
- 2-D CAD experience a plus
- Basic Technical Writing Skills
- Basic Problem solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as the ability to work independently
- Ability to follow instructions

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 to $28.00, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
Additional Information

Company relocation benefits be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in within commuting distance to Murrysville.
