Director of Finance – Ultrasound North America (Cambridge, B3 Crossing)
Primary finance support to the Regional Business Leader Ultrasound for providing expertise and depth of insight. Oversees the financial and business management of the Operations for ULS NAM.
Your role :
- Employs financial insights and business acumen to influence business strategy; is proactive in engaging business management to achieve financial and business goals.
- Drives the financial forecast and will articulate and defend it in reviews; drives financial planning activities (SR, SOP, RoFo) in the entity. Drives achievement of cost reduction strategies for the organization.
- Articulates the overall direction of the planning process; ability to define the key assumptions underpinning the detailed planning; accountable for the financial forecast with ability to articulate and defend it in reviews.
- Advises on opportunities to accelerate financial performance (Growth, cost reduction, asset utilization, etc.); influences decision making on the portfolio; identifies and assesses new business opportunities.
- Provide financial analysis to give management insight about margins, efficiency and cost structure. Recommend actions with the ultimate goal to continually improve our efficiency versus competition in the fast-changing environment.

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $150,528.00 to $258,048.00
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
