The pay range for this position in Phoenix, AZ is $60,000 – 105,000, Annually.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. In this role you
Will formulate and implement the Business’ long-range quality, regulatory and compliance policy, and to lead and direct organizational development and process. Improvement in such a way as to ensure that the Business strategic policy and strategic growth targets are met.
Your role:
- Ensure that product nonconformances are managed per site work instructions. Responsible for the follow-up, approval and disposition of the NCP (Nonconformance Product), including managing the process on the Philips nonconformance quality system tool.
- Support the site Operation Manager during the evaluation and approvals of product Device History Record (DHR). Supervision for Site Level Quality Assurance Team.
- Monitor site warehouse environmental conditions to ensure products comply with the storage specifications.
- As a CAPA owner – responsible for implementation of effective Corrective and Preventive Actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science or equivalent experience in the medical device industry.
- 3 years of distribution experience.
- Proven experience in Leadership, Change Management.
- Working knowledge of appropriate global regulations, requirements, and standards as ISO13485, FDA 20CFR820.
- Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.
