Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay range for this position is $23.00 to $28.00, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Alpharetta.

Your Role:
- Teaming with Program leaders, BPOs/BPEs, BG Leaders and Clinical Services Leaders to drive capability development and deployment roadmaps & drive adoption of the capabilities
- Collaborating with product & business/function teams to identify capability gaps and requirements required for successful market launch and enablement
- Identification of areas of services, professional services, solution & service delivery improvement
- Operationally advance Philips solutions while meeting the timelines and deliverables of the business
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas of study: Industrial engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with a regulated work environment, Project Management Self-starter, Driven to improve.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- Understanding Services delivery, environments, and local challenges to identify requirements for service & solution delivery enablement for services portfolio
