Labeling Specialist

Job Description

Execute Labeling related activities for quality, submissions, and review. Collaborate in daily Sustaining tasks such as vendor proofs, vendor management, and intake of labeling changes requests.

Your role :

Work with internal and external customers to gather needs and requirements of labeling changes

Communicate gathered requirements to the design team and keep them informed of any late inputs / changes

Update and maintain all project logs, timeline management, and tracking through project life cycle.

Provide updates and status of design jobs to customers and project team through tracking, meetings, reports, etc. in a timely and detailed manner.

Review and proofread all packaging and labeling draft artwork to ensure accuracy while adhering to established company processes, Philips brand guidelines and labeling compliance standards.

You're the right fit if :

You’ve acquired 2 years of experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical or regulated industry

Your skills include strong knowledge of global regulations, requirements and standards including 21 CFR Parts 803, 806 and 820; CFR 210 / 211, Cosmetic Products GMP, ISO 13485 and ISO 9001

You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .

You’re a strong communicator with cross-functional partners

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $66,500 to $114,00

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Colorado Springs, CO
