We are looking for a MR Clinical Services Project Manager to work as a liaison and develop and maintain the clinical relationship between both internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will engage the customer for the purpose of optimizing clinical training and managing customer expectations, scheduling the Clinical Education staff in a cost-effective manner and resolve scheduling conflicts, serving as a consultant for service teams regarding clinical education and supporting revenue and recovery growth targets.
Your role:
You will connect with our customers to determine clinical education needs and create training plans. Ensure that clinical application commitment and mutual responsibility are fully understood and executed and assign the Clinical Services staff to meet department financial, operational and customer satisfaction targets. Educate external customers about features and benefits of the Clinical Services Portfolio to improve related sales. Maintain a high level of communication with both internal and external customers at all times.
In this role, you will represent Clinical Services through all phases of the installation and go live process to Sales, Service and the Customer. Partner with the Zone Managers, Customer Relationship Managers, Sales, Service, and Installation Project Manager Teams to coordinate and manage customer training for installations and ongoing training needs. Partner with key stakeholders to coordinate First of Kind, Field Change Orders and Upgrades. Ensure that appropriate education resources are deployed with the goal of maximizing the customer’s clinical competence and confidence in their Philips equipment or service contract purchase. Proactively consult with customers with actionable backlog to fulfill their ongoing training needs. Quote and process stand-alone Clinical Education services directly to customers based on customer needs.
Be Proactive! Identify value added services and revenue opportunities at customer sites and remain current on catalog changes to customer education entitlements and value-added services. Drive scheduling activities to support achievement of zone revenue and recovery targets and monitor off-site attendance to targets and create off-site registrations in a timely manner and accurately complete all billing documentation in a timely manner (i.e., transfer of charge, misc. billing request).
Exhibit customer focus and partnership to support achievement of zone/modality NPS target.
Stay abreast and completed all assigned training in TEDs and Philips University.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5 years experience in related education coordination, resource scheduling, registration or project/program management. Clinical applications or training experience is a plus as is familiarity with MRI and/or experience working in a radiology department within a hospital.
You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience listed above.
You have strong MS Office skills.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You have strong organizational and interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to interface in a cross-disciplinary manner and adapt to change quickly.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in OH is $95,250 to $152,400.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to our Cleveland, OH office.
