Job Description
Paralegal - Marketing and Advertising :
Provide paralegal support for marketing and advertising reviews of Philips medical devices and healthcare services, ensuring compliance with approved claims. Assist with drafting and reviewing agreements, including professional services contracts.
Your role :
- Provide paralegal support to attorneys and business teams, ensuring marketing and advertising materials comply with approved claims lists and regulatory requirements.
- Review and advise on marketing content across various media, including social media, websites, brochures, and trade show materials.
- Participate in marketing claims development meetings, collaborating with legal, regulatory, and marketing professionals.
- Draft and review agreements, including professional services and consulting contracts, using template agreements and coordinating with attorneys as needed.
- Maintain legal files, assist with special projects, and support legal training initiatives. This is an onsite position in Nashville, TN.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $33.00 to $43.00.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
