Pre-Sales, Clinical Architect – Hospital Patient Monitoring
The Clinical Consultant utilizes their clinical knowledge and product expertise to serve as a customer advocate and recommend strategic and transformative solutions.
Your role :
- Partnering with the Sales Team to drive overall business and product deal support. Develop and execute winning clinical sales strategies for Philips’ to expand market share (installed base replacements and competitive conversions)
- Developing relationships with customer’s key clinical stakeholders / sponsors / champions.
- Design and deliver clinical workflow and technology evaluations that focus on optimization and a solution that matches customer KPIs.
- Lead clinically-focused customer presentations that drive clinical benefits and strategy.
- Partner with team to coordinate on-site clinical product / workflow demonstrations and clinical product evaluation with key decision makers with an emphasis on solutions.
- Partner with team to attend walk-throughs to focus on workflow and equipment optimization.
- Educate customers on benefits of new software releases, features and benefits to optimize their utilization of Philips’ products.
- Collaborate with AM to develop by hospital, an install base and clinical workflow analysis to establish competitive positioning and understand upcoming opportunities and evaluates funnel for large deals to ensure clinical representation.
- Collaborate with team on quoting the correct solutions based on the customer’s needs.
- Maintain customer relationship through presales and post sales process to ensure accurate delivery of solution to meet customer KPIs.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $138,800 to $148,600 annually, plus company fleet / car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found .

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
Company relocation benefits be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in within commuting distance to Detroit, Lansing, Grand Rapids, Indianapolis or Fort Wayne.
