Procurement Business Partner - Transducer & Systems
This role leads a team of Procurement Project Managers and Product Sourcing Engineers to optimize third-party spend, drive end-to-end product ownership, and support initiatives to improve product quality, BoM productivity, and risk mitigation in the Transducers & in future Systems procurement team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Holds end-to-end responsibility for supply base performance.
- Collaborates with strategic suppliers to develop long-term strategies and technology roadmaps.
- Tackles AOS challenges through participation in new development programs and cross-functional teams.

- You have 15 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain management.
- You've led high-performing teams and coached them toward action-focused execution.
- You possess strong influencing abilities, critical thinking, and strategic implementation skills.
- You've developed a technical and strategic foundation through education (e.g., engineering, MBA).
