The pay range for this position in Colorado is $89,250 to $124,950.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Procurement Project Manager
You will be the single point of contact within the IGTD business unit for specific suppliers, categories and/or sites and you will lead efforts to drive supply base improvements.
Your role:
- Lead supplier selection and make vs. buy decisions in alignment with the category strategies, delivering maximum supplier performance for our business.
- In collaboration with the Sustaining team, develop business cases and initial project proposals in support of supplier changes
- Manage change towards supplier (provides specifications to supplier, ensure agreement and full implementation up to IT systems, involves CM if commercial discussion required), deliveries of parts for sustaining projects (samples, prototypes, ramp up) and supplier capacity against requirements for sustaining projects.
- Create Procurement deliverables as part of project plan: Sourcing Plan, Supplier Selection, Release to Production
- Support Commodity Management and Ops Buyers with pricing updates in local system including the phasing in of negotiated price reductions.
- Responsible to provide site specific supplier information and business requirements to Global Commodity Management in support of negotiations and supplier business reviews. Additionally, should support CM in creating the negotiation strategy and during the negotiation as needed.
- Business, Materials, Finance or Technical related fields and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in working with suppliers in the Medical Device Field preferred
- Proven ability to deliver results in supplier selection, management, negotiation, capacity planning, risk management, manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to project milestones.
