Job Description
In this role you will be leveraging Hospital Patient Monitoring’s innovations to tackle healthcare’s biggest challenges – from staffing pressures to quality outcomes, to new care models. You will play a vital role in increasing market penetration and the overall growth of our business.
Your role :
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and increased market penetration within assigned health systems.
- Utilize quantitative skills to analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Specialists, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within health systems, including administrators, clinicians, and IT professionals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on patient monitoring solutions, providing guidance and support to customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements to proactively address customer needs and market challenges.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $171,500 to $203,000 annually, plus company fleet / car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found .

Company relocation benefits be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in within commuting distance to Amarillo, Lubbock, Midland, Odessa, TX.
