Strategic Execution Leader- Image Guided Therapy Devices (Plymouth, MN, Colorado Springs, CO, or San Diego, CA)
Philips Image Guided Therapy is a global leader in minimally invasive therapy, providing and servicing full labs that provide clinicians across a wide spectrum of clinical areas the tools they need to treat patients in a safer, more effective way. The Strategic Execution Leader will work closely with the IGTD Leadership Team to execute on strategic initiatives and drive operational efficiency across the business unit.
Your role:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $155,138 to $248,220.
The pay range for this position in Colorado Springs, CO is $147,750 to $236,400.
The pay range for this position in San Deigo, CA is $165,480 to $264,768.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. The Strategic Execution Leader will work closely with the IGTD Leadership Team to execute on strategic initiatives and drive operational efficiency across the business unit.
Your role:
- Ensure that our strategic goals are translated into actionable plans that are rigorously measured, in alignment across the business imperatives, and ensure accountability through clear Management Operating System (MOS) governance and performance metrics. Develop a comprehensive execution plan for key strategic initiatives complete with timelines, milestones, and actions to deliver value to the business.
- Implement a clear review cadence with monthly meetings where initiative owners present progress updates, discuss challenges, and adjust when and if required. Quarterly Reviews with more in-depth strategy reviews, re-calibrating goals or reallocating resources as needed, and curating yearly annual assessment with a comprehensive review of the VCPs execution, outcomes, and lessons learned.
- Implement clear feedback mechanisms to capture insights from initiative execution, continuously benchmark capabilities against industry best practices, and incorporate learnings to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Key Deliverables and Outcomes: Strategic Execution Plan, Accountability Matrix, Score Cards/Dashboards, KPI Monitoring, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.
- Drive a culture of execution excellence across the business unit, where delivering against strategic commitments is a top priority. Foster an environment where accountability is clear and performance is openly discussed, ensuring everyone is aligned and focused on strategic goals, and foster continuous learning and improvement.
- Travel expected in the role, up to 15%.
- You’ve acquired 8 years of experience delivering results on complicated cross-functional, cross-geography strategic programs to drive business value.
- Your skills include:
- A proven track record in coaching and influencing high performance and management teams.
- Experience in visual business analytics and performance management.
- Gravitas and earned authority to manage senior stakeholders to challenge the status quo.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You have strong communication, relationship building, and consulting skills, and the ability operate in a highly matrixed structure. You thrive in ambiguity, can navigate changing responsibilities, and are highly adaptable.
