Your Key Responsibilities:
- Become a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing expert guidance on procurement-related topics and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop market-driven solutions, improve EBITA, and mitigate risks.
- Lead the development and implementation of long-term strategies and technology roadmaps for assigned products or categories.
- You have at least 15 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain management, with a proven track record in matrix organizations and stakeholder management.
- You have led and developed high-performing, self-sustaining teams, coaching them toward action-focused execution.
- You possess strong influencing abilities, critical thinking, and the strategic implementation of both short- and long-term solutions.
- A competitive salary range of $132,000 to $210,000.
