Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is $77,000 to $132,000
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $86,240 to $147,840
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Supply Planner
Job Description
Work on diverse Supply Chain problems, where you will analyze data to define the root cause. You will support the development of the solution, using a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of supply planning principles, theories and concepts.
Your role:
- Managing demand and supply for our industry leading Sleep & Respiratory Care business, working closely with Markets and Factories, such that worldwide availability of products is optimized.
- Managing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and supply reviews for assigned product lines, while managing the monthly planning process and the weekly demand/supply planning process to maximize customer satisfaction, revenue realization and asset utilization.
- Managing planning activity for product phase-in and phase-outs working closely with Marketing/Product Management and New Product Introduction teams.
- Partnering with Factory and Commercial Order Management teams to ensure efficient and effective processes and communication, while proactively understanding current/future customer needs and identifying supply chain solutions to improve the customer experience and support our growth initiatives.
- You’ve acquired 2 years of experience in supply planning and a strong understanding of end to end supply chain process.
- Your skills include working knowledge of business systems (SAP, MS Office), experience with PowerBI, Qlikview, Business Objectives, Access, Tableau, experience with process efficiency/process improvement.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business field, or relevant years of experience.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You have the ability to think critically, demonstrate ‘outside the box’ thinking and good time management skills.
