What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analyst, Master Data - Vendor position at Phillips 66?

Lead for Vendor Master Data Management (VMD) managed service provider (MSP) oversight, support and services related to execution of processes related to Business Partner (BP) master data creation, maintenance, business unit and financial controllership related relationships in respect to vendors (excluding commercial). Other responsibilities include related project support and process improvement initiatives aligned with corporate strategic initiatives. Review of 1099 / 1042 reporting, forms, and mailings, retention of records, gathering of reporting information from various groups within P66.
Responsibilites May Include :
- Oversight of VMD MSP operations performance and process quality.
- Escalation resolution of issues, problems or process performance or quality defects.
- Strategic project support for acquisition / divestiture or corporate structural realignments or system changes as directed by management.
- Value creation opportunity identification and transformation of subprocess area.
- Review audit results of SOX control reviews for vendor banking changes.
- Oversight of master data cleanup and maintenance as required.
- 1099 / 1042 annual reporting.
