The Counsel, Commercial Trading and Transactions will report to the Managing Counsel, Commercial & Marketing and work with colleagues in a large law department in a publicly traded, Fortune 50 international energy company.
Responsibilities May Include :
- Advising on Lubricants transactions
- Advising on corporate guarantees in support of Commercial trading
- Advising on a wide range of Commercial trading, storage and transportation agreements
- Opportunities to assist on M&A transactions
- Instructing and managing outside counsel and specialists to get appropriate, cost-effective advice
