What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Siting Engineer position at Phillips 66?

The Facility Siting Engineer is the Phillips 66 subject matter expert on facility siting and is responsible developing and maintaining Phillips 66 facility siting program consistent with regulation and API Recommended Practices 752, 753, and 756.
Responsibilities May Include :
- Developing, managing, and implementing the P66 facility siting program for existing and new assets in all business units
- Overseeing consultants and contractors performing facility siting assessments for business units
- Working with project teams to ensure new projects conform with standards and requirements related to facility siting
- Maintaining and providing oversight for corporate standards and practices related to facility siting
- Collaborating with business units to address facility siting issues
- Participating in industry wide efforts like API RP 752 and 753 committees as appropriate
- Staying current with regulatory and legislative requirements affecting facility siting requirements
- Providing PHAST modeling support
- Maintaining / developing expertise in the facility siting field
- Other duties as directed by the Global Process Safety Manager
