The Manager of Global Third-Party Risk is responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive compliance programs that address third-party risk, anti-corruption, supply chain due diligence, and sanctions compliance across global operations. As a global people leader, this role requires a dynamic leader with the ability to manage a diverse, international team and ensure compliance with international regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), UK Bribery Act, and global sanctions regimes. The Manager will collaborate cross-functionally and globally, ensuring that the organization's supply chain and third-party relationships align with legal and ethical standards. This role is pivotal in driving the organization's global compliance efforts, particularly in managing third-party, supply chain, and sanctions risks while ensuring compliance with anti-corruption laws. The ideal candidate is a visionary global leader committed to fostering ethical practices across all regions and business operations.
Responsibilities May Include :
- Global Third-Party Risk Management :
Develop and oversee the global third-party risk management framework, ensuring a consistent, risk-based approach to onboarding, monitoring, and auditing third-party vendors, suppliers, and business partners.
Design and implement a global anti-corruption compliance program aligned with international laws (FCPA, UK Bribery Act) and regional legal requirements.
Develop and implement a robust supply chain due diligence program to ensure compliance with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards, human rights laws, and anti-corruption regulations.
Establish and maintain global sanctions compliance programs to ensure adherence to U.S., EU, UK, and other international sanctions regimes.
Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of compliance professionals, fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability.
Work with legal, procurement, commercial, marketing, finance, and other departments to integrate compliance strategies into broader business initiatives.
Establish global metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of third-party risk, supply chain due diligence, anti-corruption, and sanctions compliance programs, providing regular reports to senior leadership and the board.
