The Project Manager provides quality project management support for Phillips 66 Midstream. This includes the full range of project engineering and management support from initial project development through engineering design, procurement, construction and project close out. The role will also provide support for the development of process, systems and procedures aimed at consolidating to a single approach for the delivery of projects. Result will be a Midstream Projects organization that matches the business needs and delivers projects in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.
Required :
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Construction Management
- 2 or more years of experience managing projects
- 2 or more years of experience managing engineering and construction contractors
- Intermediate or greater proficiency of industry recommended practices, design methods and QA / QC requirements used to check procedures, incorporate changes and document control
- 10-20% travel to work sites and engineering offices will be required to support project development, design and implementation
- Intermediate proficiency in managing liquids and gas projects
