Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure effective cleaning practices.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols consistently.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
