Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion of duties.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Provide excellent hospitality by addressing guest needs and ensuring satisfaction with cleanliness standards.
- Conduct floor care maintenance, including sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing as required.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or event preparation.
- Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items.
Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or related fields is preferred.
