Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained, adhering to established cleanliness standards.
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Handle floor care duties such as stripping, waxing, and polishing floors as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist in the organization of housekeeping supplies and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning is preferred.
- Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus.
- Strong understanding of housekeeping management practices.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
