- Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, reporting any shortages or needs to management.
- Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and other high-traffic areas, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns regarding housekeeping services.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with floor care equipment and techniques for maintaining various types of flooring.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
