Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality standards is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
