Security Guard

We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, with responsibilities that include monitoring premises, enforcing rules, and responding to incidents. Duties

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Operate and monitor CCTV systems for surveillance purposes.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies.
• Enforce facility rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious activities.
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents and observations.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed during emergencies.
• Manage conflicts effectively while ensuring the safety of all individuals involved.

Requirements

• Previous experience in law enforcement, military service, or security preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment and loss prevention techniques.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must possess a valid security guard license or certification (if required by state).
• Willingness to undergo background checks as part of the hiring process.
