Duties
- Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious activities and reporting them to management.
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required and provide support during investigations.
Experience
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment including CCTV systems is highly desirable.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus; candidates should be willing to obtain these certifications if not already held.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-stress situations.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
