We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises, including surveillance of CCTV systems.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access.
- Provide assistance during conflicts or disturbances using conflict management techniques.
- Document incidents and prepare reports as necessary.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
- Perform first aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations.
- Engage in loss prevention strategies to protect property and assets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems, including CCTV operation.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Must be physically fit, capable of standing for long periods, and able to perform patrol duties effectively.
- A military background or related certification may enhance candidacy.
