About Us:
Phillips Brothers Acquisitions is a real estate investing company located in Alpharetta, GA. Our company is focused on flipping single-family homes throughout metro Atlanta. We handle all aspects of the process in-house, including sourcing deals, purchasing/financing deals, project management, and ultimately selling the homes. At the moment, we are doing around $25 million in revenue per year. We are currently a close-knit team of 8 people. We have a GREAT work environment, and our team is essentially a 2nd family for each of our employees.
Job Description
We are looking to add a Senior Bookkeeper to keep track of all company accounting and financial records. Above all, we are looking for candidates who align with all of our Core Values as a company. This role is very important, as correct and proper accounting is the basis on which we make all of our financial decisions as a company. The bookkeeper is in charge of ensuring all financial reports are accurate and up to date.
Key responsibilities include:
· Organize and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation.
· Perform regular bank account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
· Processing payroll and ensuring timely payment to employees.
· Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payment processing
· Generate and review financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to support decision-making
· Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial strategies
· Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Pay: $50,000/year
