Phillips Chevrolet is currently hiring for Full-time Automotive Sales Delivery Coordinator. This position requires a 40 hour work week Monday-Friday. Flexible day & evening shifts required.

You will be the go-to person for our customer's questions regarding the company, prospective vehicles, and the purchasing process. Responsibilities:
- Assist salesperson with the delivery of car sales
- Set appointments and make phone calls
- Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries
- Provide customers with initial product information
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Qualifications:
- At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
- Must have availability to work during operating hours (Including nights & Saturdays)
- Team player attitude
- Prompt and courteous
- Enthusiastic personality
- Must have strong computer skills
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
