Responsibilities:
- Courteously greet all employees and visitors to the Human Resources Department.
- Supporting the HR and Learning & Development Teams with administrative and clerical duties.
- Collect and manage all data pertaining to employee personnel files.
- Performing a range of administrative tasks, including filing, managing tracking spreadsheets, faxing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
- Scheduling interviews, appointments and team meetings.
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Strong verbal and written communication proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time-management and teamwork skills
- Critical thinking competency, ability to multi-task is essential.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-starter and problem-solver.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Human Resources Administration experience a plus
- 2 years’ experience working in a Administrative Assistant, or Virtual Assistant position required.
