SQL ETL and System Developer: A data-driven decision-maker to join our organization to help ensure accurate and timely data is available for analysis and reporting.
Required Qualifications / Experience
- Strong MS SQL database knowledge - 5 years
- Visual Studio 2019 knowledge essential
- SSIS and API service knowledge highly desirable but not essential.
- T-SQL
- JSON and XML knowledge desirable
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment, engaging with teams in an onsite/offshore model
- Data migration/integration experience desirable
- Self-starter that can work under general direction in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
- Confident in communicating with people at all levels
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
- Strong problem solving, design and development experience
- Willingness to pick up new skills and technology
- Ability to work with our clients, business and internal developers to gather requirements.
- Data profiling and source-to-target mapping.
- Systems analysis and technical assistance during Change Management and Projects.
- Design, development, implementation, and support of ETL process using SSMS and Procedures
- Querying, aggregation and transformation of data using SQL and JSON.
- Deployment and management of controls and exceptions.
- An understanding of relational database principles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills as the successful candidate will need to communicate within the team and with clients on a regular basis
