- - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person- Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, printing, and scanning documents- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked- Provide general support to clients, and staff members- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role required. Familiarity with office procedures and basic clerical tasks- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor.
