As our Enterprise Solutions Manager, you'll champion the execution of digital solutions across all divisions, from Phillips Education to Phillips Federal. We seek a business-oriented and hands-on leader to drive impactful technical initiatives at Phillips. This role requires aligning business stakeholders, collaborating with developers, and working directly with end users while contributing as an individual contributor. You'll delve deep into every aspect of execution, from understanding data nuances to enhancing user experience and communicating project strategy and timelines to senior leaders.
In this role, you'll revolutionize how data enters and flows within the Phillips Corp ecosystem, design streamlined business processes, leverage analytics to empower data-driven decision-making, and guide the creation of consumer-facing applications.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in enterprise technology and a proven track record of successfully executing high-impact technical projects in fast-paced environments. Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in change management and familiarity with application development.

Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $150,000.00 and $200,000.00 annually plus bonus opportunities.
