Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $25.00 to $37.00 per hour plus overtime, this varies depending on experience. - Strong mechanical & electrical skills
- Experience in setup and operation of machine tools, Haas experience preferred.
- Must travel both locally and nationally, approximately 80% of the time
- Ability to deliver technical training to small groups after equipment installation.
- Additive or welding experience is preferred
- 3D Programming experience preferred
- Willingness to continually be learning and to ask "What's next?"
- Due to the requirements of our customers and the nature of this position, candidates must be either a United States citizen or current Permanent Legal Resident
