SUMMARY STATEMENT
Responsible for managing, purchasing and tracking of facility inventory. Plans, coordinates and assists with
employee orders and their processing as well as receiving. Frequent contact with 3rd party vendors, visitors,
patients, providers, other hospital employees. This position deals with customer service in a professional,
courteous and helpful manner. Must be able to communicate and get along well with people.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time. Standing for prolonged periods of time. Repetitive Motionsubstantial movements of the wrists, hands, and / or fingers. Close Visual Acuity-work includes date / figures; view
a computer screen; extensive reading.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education : High School diploma or GED
Licensure / Certification : N / A
Experience / Knowledge : Experience answering the telephone and dealing with the public preferred. Need
to complete records timely, accurately and with attention to detail.
Successful candidate must pass a background check and drug screen.
