SUMMARY STATEMENT
Responsible to PCH Lab / X-Ray Manager, PCH CEO, and consulting Radiologist in accordance with established
CAH regulations, Lab / X-Ray policies & procedures within her / his scope of practice. Contribute to the growth &
development of the radiology department. Works closely in conjunction with Lab Manager in all matters
associated with the department. Communicate with medical staff, other departments, other medical facilities, &
administration. Works closely with Lab / X Ray Manager, Lab / X Ray personnel and all other department
Supervisors and / or personnel within PCH and HLRC along with vendors, consultants, patients, and residents.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
May be required to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, or stoop. Sit / Stand throughout the day.
Education : Associate Degree
Licensure / Certification : Certificate of completion for RT. Registered nationally by ARRT and by State
of Montana as an RT Must hold a current RT license with the state of Montana.
Experience / Knowledge : Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience is preferred. Must be able
to communicate effectively, appropriately and professionally, both verbally
and in writing and requires high level of interpersonal and communication
skills in working with practitioners, administration, nursing staff, department
heads, and other employees, patients and their family members. Knowledge
of state / federal rules and regulations, or willingness to learn.
Successful candidate must pass a background check and drug screen.
