Job Duties / Essential Functions
Perfect Binder Operators needed. Kolbus experience is preferred. Perfect Binder operator should be able to set up and operate the Binder independently, paying close attention to quality and production goals.
Direct a binder crew to safely and efficiently produce good quality product
Use mechanical skills to set up and run machine
Thoroughly read and understand job specifications on a job ticket to ensure customer satisfaction through quality product
Ensure proper materials and product are prepped at the machine and train/assist crew members to obtain replacement product from Material Handling as necessary
Troubleshoot breakdowns, make minor repairs and perform routine maintenance on machine
Maintain good housekeeping in the work area
Job Qualifications & Competencies
Bindery knowledge with 3-5 years' work experience in perfect binder operation required
Experience with Kolbus equipment preferred
Good interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
