Responsibilities:
The primary role for this position is to assist an experienced Account Managers with their work load while training to become a Massachusetts licensed Insurance Broker.
- Rating commercial and personal insurance products.
- Preparing insurance proposals for presentation.
- Communicating and problem solving with clients.
- Excel database management.
Selection Criteria:
Ideal candidates for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree and strong technology skills.
- this is an entry level position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact with people successfully over the phone, to lead or persuade, and overcome challenges
- Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success
