Job Summary :
As a Multi-Skilled Construction Laborer, you will be a versatile and essential member of our construction team. You will perform a wide range of labor-oriented tasks on construction sites, including equipment operation with a focus on loader operation, offroad truck driving, roller operation, and general construction support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Laborer Duties :
Engage in physically demanding tasks such as digging, shoveling, lifting, and carrying materials.
Operate and maintain loaders to perform tasks such as material handling and moving heavy equipment.
Safely operate offroad trucks to transport materials, equipment, and personnel within construction sites.
Operate and maintain rollers to compact and level surfaces, ensuring proper compaction of materials.
Collaborate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and fellow team members.
